Return Policy

At Conveza, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make things right. You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is damaged, incorrect, expired, or not as described. All return requests must include photo proof and a short description of the issue. Perishable items like fresh fruits are eligible for return only if reported immediately upon delivery, due to their sensitive nature. To initiate a return, simply go to your order history in the app, click “Request Return,” and follow the guided steps. Our support team will review your request and respond promptly. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item has either been picked up or verified, the refund process begins automatically. You’ll receive confirmation via app notification or email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — a credit/debit card, digital wallet, or bank transfer — within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. In case of store credit refunds, the amount will reflect instantly in your Conveza Wallet, which you can use on future purchases. If the return was due to seller error or product fault, full refunds, including shipping charges, will be provided. For partial returns, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
